Work with Intelligence: Actionable Meetings

Another preview of the new version where you can record and transcribe any meetings, online or in-person.

Hey there,

I’m sharing another preview of what’s coming: meeting transcription, in every setting possible. With dictation, it’s one of the most wanted feature.

Beyond Just Recording

Transcriptions are about making your meetings more actionable. All of our design decisions follow this principle:

Works Everywhere, No Excuses
- Record everywhere - whether you're in a virtual or in-person meeting.
- Works with any setup (yes, even with that colleague who uses their laptop mic with headphones 🤷)
- Speaks your language - Full multi-language support
Instant, Actionable
- Quick search through all your transcripts
- Generate summaries and action items
- Integrate transcripts as knowledge with Workspaces
- Take it with you - download transcripts and audio whenever you need

The Power of Choice

We know privacy is valuable for a lot of you and offline is your only acceptable choice. That’s why we support both local and cloud transcription from the start:

Local Transcription
- It’s private and works offline
- No internet connection required
- It’s lacking the accuracy of Cloud transcription but it’s just as fast
Cloud Transcription
- Better accuracy for critical meetings
- Speaker identification to know who said what
- The best choice for efficiency
