Hey there,

These days, OpenAI and Anthropic have had many [outages](https://status.anthropic.com/?utm%5Fsource=list.alterhq.com&utm%5Fmedium=referral&utm%5Fcampaign=new-mistral-ai-better-outlook-support-25-off). The best thing about Alter is that it takes just a second to switch to another model.

And today, we're adding another frontier lab to our list of providers. Say hello to Mistral and their [Pixtral Large](https://mistral.ai/news/pixtral-large/?utm%5Fsource=list.alterhq.com&utm%5Fmedium=referral&utm%5Fcampaign=new-mistral-ai-better-outlook-support-25-off) model.

You might be used to GPT-4o or Claude Sonnet, but you should give it a try. It's one of the best for image understanding, especially with charts and documents.

AI assistants are becoming essential partners for work; we expect them to be available 24/7\. Having multiple providers is part of our commitment to support this availability.

Talking about partners, Alter has better support for Outlook Mac email client. Just select an email, summon Alter and choose Mail Reply. It will use the content of the mail to draft a reply.

AppSense, the technology we developed to retrieve context from apps, has been improved, so now is a good time to try it again on apps where it didn't work properly. Feedback welcome!
